Golden Age White Border Linen

Message on the back of this postcard, mailed July 2, 1936:

Dear Aunt Hattie,

Thanks an awful lot for the nice letter. Should have answered sooner. Been quite busy. Got a raise last week. Have to work everyday Suns. & the fourth too.

Will write a letter when I get more time. Tell everybody hello.

Sincerely, Harvey

From 1933 until the early 1950's most U.S. postcard views were printed on card stock with a linen texture. Colors are usually brighter than on earlier postcards.
